【Children's Tour】Legendary Creatures in the Ancient World

  2. ​您將於24小時內收到回覆，確認時間、地點及收費，並說明付費方式（Paypal／Venmo／Zelle）。

  3. 依照說明付費，確認​付費完成後即完成預約。

Please sign up through the following steps.

  1. Pick a tour from the following list and click the "SIGN UP" button. Fill out the form in the following page.

  2. You will receive an email within 24 hours, confirming the time, the location, and the fee for the tour. Payment instructions (Paypal/Venmo/Zelle) will be included in the email.

  3. Follow the instructions to make your payment. The registration is completed once the payment is confirmed.

取消及退費方案：

  • 由於每場導覽的參與人數有限，若欲取消，請於導覽開始時間的72小時之前通知，以便將位置讓給候補名單上的報名者。若於導覽開始時間的72小時之前取消，可全額退費；若於72至48小時之間取消，可獲得50%的退費；若於48小時之內取消或沒有赴約，則恕不退費。

  • 若因天候、臨時閉館等不確定因素必須取消導覽，我方將全額退費。

  • 由於博物館門票須由參觀者自行負責，因此上述退費方案僅適用於導覽費用，並不包含門票費用。

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • Due to the limited number of people that could be accommodated in a tour, we request that any cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance of the start time of the tour. This gives us an opportunity to notify the people who sign up for the waiting list. If your cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the start time of the tour, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 to 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. We are unable to issue a refund for cancellations made within 48 hours to the start time of the tour.

  • If the tour has to be cancelled due to any unforeseen weather conditions or museum closure, we will issue a full refund.

  • These refund policies apply only to the fees of the tour. Museum admissions are not included in the policies stated above as participants/visitors are responsible for their own museum admissions.
